Brain Bowls
This project is the perfect starter project for any person curious about working with clay! The students created ceramic bowls using coil building techniques. They then painted them with glaze, a special paint that is baked in the kiln around 2000 degrees!
Graphing (individual)
Greek Gods and Goddesses Portraits
Students researched into greek history, culture, and mythology. Students then chose a Greek God or Goddess and created a portrait of them. Students created project using water color and sharpie for details and shading. Different techniques for both were introduced and applied to this project. Check out the cool Prezi that the students
Greatest fears self portraits
Pop Art Self Portraits
For this project students looked at pop art icons like Roy Lichtenstein and used examples to create their own self portrait... pop art style! Check out the Prezi the students were shown to get their creative juices flowing. Students did try out's, reviews, and reflections along with this project.
