Once again it is that time of year where the Ingham County Art Show is kicking off! This year students entered a variety of art projects, like self-portraits done in watercolor, radial designs, and even a graffiti name paint project and a mixed media drawing of a crazy world! Out of all the entries judges pick 60 pieces to be professionally framed and displayed and exhibited for one year at their facility. Judges will contact schools with winners by late Feb. so keep an eye out for information on that and if we have any winners in our group!
Figure Study had kicked off and we are already almost half way through with it this year! We have an amazing group of students, each with their talents and goals. We have a lot of Williamston students, and even some students from other schools such as Mason! Check out the images below to see the amazing pieced being created. If you are interested in joining us for our last few classes feel free to contact Mr. Gere or your local art teacher for more information.
